This is a family oasis located on 20 wooded acres. With plentiful wildlife including Deer & Turkey's. We have plenty of room to roam outside and ample space to make family memories inside. We have a 12-14 person swim spa/hot tub to include as many family members as you can pack in. We are located 4.1 miles from Ash Cave and 8.2 miles from Old Man's Cave for all of your hiking needs.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Wayne National Forest Athens Unit. Features include a hot tub and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the vacation home.

This was the perfect place for a three-generation family reunion. The large hot tub, fire pit, huge rooms, comfortable couches, large kitchen with plenty of pans and utensils, toys and games, large parking lot, and quiet location were all pluses. Close to Hocking hills attractions but isolated from congestion. A somewhat wonky but fully functional dishwasher was the only complaint I heard. Overall, strongly recommend.

Ten out of ten! There were 9 adults and 11 kids under 9. The host really kept young kids in mind. There were even step stools in every bathroom to help the littles reach the sinks. We also appreciated TWO refrigerators to hold all of the delicious homemade food we brought. The view off the back deck was complete serenity. There was plenty sitting venues all over the property. The house is just minutes away from Ash Cave and other popular Hocking Hills trails. Ohhh! There is a “hog hole” under the steps just for the little ones. It was filled with fun toys and activities. There are also 2 video gaming machines with old school Nintendo games. A completely perfect weekend. Plenty of parking for our 5 full sized vehicles with room to spare. The weekend was a surprise birthday party for Papa and boy was he surprised!! We would all highly recommend this barndo! Host was also a 10/10. Thank you!

Relaxing Bachelorette Party

This property was the perfect stay for a bachelorette party where we could relax before the busy-ness of the upcoming wedding! The amenities were exactly as listed and the hot tub was a big hit. The host was extremely helpful and answered every question I or other guests had. There is plenty of parking for a large party. Overall we were all exceptionally satisfied with our stay and will recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place for a large party.
