This charming apartment with around 65 m² of living space offers sufficient room for up to 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet house in the midst of an idyllic residential area – perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking relaxation.



The apartment convinces with a well-thought-out room layout featuring a separate bedroom, a bright living and dining area, and a modern bathroom. Enjoy mild evenings on two private balconies - one with direct access to the garden/courtyard through the dining room, the other accessible via the hallway. Both balconies are covered and equipped with a table and chairs.



The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, and 2-plate electric stove. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are of course provided.



A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge.



A small pet can be brought along after prior consultation. A daily surcharge will be incurred (as of 2025: 10 €/day), which must be paid in cash on site.



The location is ideal for all those who want to combine relaxation and proximity to the sea: The nearest pebble beach is only 800 m away, and other beaches can be found up to 3 km away. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the town center are also conveniently accessible.
