The holiday home is located in an idyllic bay, 1.5 km below the village of Stivan on the island of Cres. Stivan is located 5 km from the Srasse Cres-Mali Lošinj in the direction of Martinšćica. The access by car to the house is possible via a single lane asphalted road. The distance to the sea and the beach is 40 meters. The house offers 42 m² of living space a separate bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning, washing machine, internet and satellite TV. The house is surrounded by several large terraces (a total of 130m²). On one of the terraces there is a covered summer kitchen. A covered car park is also located right next to the house. At the sea is a promenade which leads through the forest to secluded beaches and bathing plains where you can enjoy undisturbed seclusion and tranquility.
