The property was horrible. It was dirty. There were dirt piles everywhere. The room was filthy and had critters crawling around in. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Dirt on the windows not dust dirt. The staff was rude. We happened to catch a prostitute in the hallway. It was horrible stay

Excellent budget hotel.

Great room. Comfortable; beds more on firm side. Staff excellent. Basic budget room. Noise from other rooms could be heard so thin walls I think. Restaurants in walking distance. Thanks for a great sleep.

This is an older motel, so don't expect any luxury. (no AC, old features and fixtures) However, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the cost is decent for this busy coastal town.

Room had a good amount of space to it and was able to well accommodate my family. Had the basics and did them well! A little cause it's face for the suitcases, bathroom was mostly clean as was the room. Little things like the stamped stationery and stuff was nice. There were some major standout problems with this property. Inside the room, the shower was almost impossible to turn on and off. The handle and faucet were just so stuck you couldn't turn it without a great deal of force. This is a huge problem considering the ocean side area for people swimming and going to the beach. It was really a huge mark against the room considering that it was mostly okay. The other really big thing, is that the staff is really inattentive to things on the property. When we came, there was a towel in the hallway that was clearly used to clean up poop of some kind. It ran from the top of the stairs down the hallway down the stairs. It was still there when we left the next day. Since there's only two stairways in the area going up and down, it's really hard to miss it. This tells me the staff is not doing walk arounds. I suspect somebody brought in an animal and didn't want to tell the staff about it. Especially since the signed contract for fines for animals was really aggressively worded and pretty steep. $2,000 for smuggling in a cat? Otherwise, the property in general is just really run down and badly in need of attention and maintenance. The upper landing is sinking.
