There were no real cable chanels, the WiFi was terrible and there was NO microwave in the room. The room advertised an in-room pool (should've been a soaking tub). We had a better time at the Pocono Outlets

Really should update their rooms it would have so much more potential if it was updated it looks like nothing has been done since the 80s to any of their rooms or the dining area. And the room that I didn't look very neglected there was chipped painting on the bathroom ceiling. And by the entrance door to the room inside that's my wildest dreams the whole wall is corroded with a huge heart. And it was so dark.

Staff are amazing and super nice and let us check-in early. The food was okay. But as far as the room it was dirty , mold everywhere in the room . Ceiling had mold on it , walls also did . Behind the door looked like it hasn’t been touched in months. I’m pretty disappointed with it for the price I paid.

Arrived really at 1:00am and Room pool had a lighter floating in the pool. Lamps did not work downstairs. Front step to champagne Jacuzzi was crack loose and dangerous.

I did not like the room at all walls are dirty with stain, the ceiling has stain all over, the wall mirrors are terrible has a lot spot missing the mirror and scratches all around I did not like the Champagne Tower is not in good condition, very old, the paint inside the champagne tub is peeling off I did not like the room swimming pool in my room, the pool filter was dirty, a lot spot of the wall paint of the swimming pool is peeling off. I did not like the room 425 Fire Place is was filthy and dirty all over including the wall around the fire place with stain I did not like the room 425 at all, they were trying to give another room 428, but the other room was even worse than the one I was staying. They also offered us another room 322 in the middle of the night,right after our dinner, the night before we are leaving the resort, the other room 322 has the same issues we went to see the room, and it was not worth it to move all our stuff from one room to another for the same type of room. The staff are very nice people and helpful, and they know what is going on but there is nothing they could do it. The property is very old, and is not updated. I should get my money back. I chose the best and expensive room "Champagne Suite" It was a nightmare never been in a place in this condition. Expedia should do something about these worse days of our vacation. Expedia don't sell this I been in Punta Cana, Cancun, Jamaica. I never though that this will happen to us here in the USA.

nothing worked in our room. lights were out , champagne tower leaked. no housekeeping , no one would bring extra towels . floor in front of toilet felt like it was going to collapse. drains were all clogged . went for breakfast in dining room and the food was cold. we ended up leaving a day early because no one would listen to our complaints .

I had such a wonderful stay dinner and breakfast was spectacular. The pool inside the room was such a delight . Sauna inside the room and champagne jacuzzi . I recommend to be careful how much bubbles you add to the jacuzzi . And I do not recommend the fire wood that stays inside the room the entire night making it hard to breath . Had a blast playing trivia and bingo . Diff recommend fishing was also very fun.
