This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Loved the short walk to the lifts, and the bus stop right in the parking lot. The mountain views were beautiful. We enjoyed an apres ski beverage on the balcony every night, weather permitting. The condo was really well appointed: comfortable furniture, beds and linens, well stocked kitchen (quality pots and pans, a sharp chef's knife and nice plates and flatwear. And finally, the ski locker was a huge benefit for us. I'd highly recommend this property and would stay again if ever in Crested Butte.

Great condo. Very good location for the ski lifts (short walk or very short bus ride right outside). Easy to get into town using the town shuttle if you want.The condo is immaculate. Clean and well equipped. Stayed here last year and came back for more. Highly recommended.

Excellent 2 bedroom condo, end unit with unbelievable view of the mountain and resort. Clean with good amount of space and has all the necessary appliances. Ski locker has plenty of space. Within walking distance to transit hub or the shuttle stop is at the foot of the building, very convenient to resort or by shuttle to town.

Outstanding condo… exceptionally clean, great location with a bus stop right down the stairs or a really short walk to the base/lifts/bus stop for the town shuttle, well supplied kitchen. Great place for us and our 8 yr old. Would certainly stay again.

Loved the view off the balcony and being the end unit. The place was perfect for us. The beds were good. Conveniently located. Quieter unit except for the dogs barking but they aren’t a problem at night. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful condo with an amazing view from the deck. My second stay here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. It’s a very conveniently arranged condo and is well supplied with everything needed. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and wine and snacks in the evening. After days out exploring the beautiful area, it’s a great place to relax and relive the adventures! We were even treated to a double rainbow after a rain shower.

Perfect location. The place was great. Beautiful view of Crested Butte. Great full kitchen. I would stay here summer or winter. A short walk away from the parking lot for Mt. Crested Butte lifts. What a view!

I had a wonderful time exploring Crested Butte and with having this home as base camp. The corner unit offered more windows with amazing views than expected and I spent a lot of time enjoying the panoramic views from the balcony including watching the sunrise!
