Everything was great except for two things,...the pizza restaurant is a joke. Went in at 7 (They are open till 9) and couldnt order a pizza,..instead was offered to buy a slice. So it's a pizza place, open til 9 that stopped making pizza at 6:30,....got it. Second thing is you literally cannot purchase cheaper toilet paper than what they use. It's barely toilet paper. It's more like thin writing paper.

Comfortable stay in Crested Butte

We found the King suite to be a nice and more spacious than expected because there was a separate living room and kitchenette. We felt completely relaxed at the hot tub and heated pool. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It has a Tesla charger. Free bus trip through RTA to downtown Gunnison and Crested Butte. It has a store for alcohol and deli across the lodge. Nice view, nice hot tub with a great view.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff, nice one bedroom room with small kitchenette and living room, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and location. Don't forget there is no AC but a small window could open and we didn't have an issue. We took advantage of the free bus into downtown Crested Butte.

Pretty basic

Accommodations and site were fairly basic but you get what you pay for. Our stay was overall pretty good but we did find some of the front desk staff to be abrasive and rude (the managers were very nice but the 2 others we interacted with were very rude). Additionally, the pullout bed (let's face it, these are never comfy) was the worst I had ever slept on- a different mattress and softer sheets would have helped a lot.

The bought we were getting a suite. Nope got a small room that was difficult to move around in with 2 adults and 2 dogs. The thermostat was broken so the heat was blasting in August when it’s 80 degrees outside. The blinds have holes and are incredibly stained. At least the sheets were clean?

Great location, room needs some attention

We loved being near the free town shuttle, and the hot tub and pool were great. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. However, there were some issues with our stay, especially for the price we paid. The shower did not drain, so we were always showering in what felt like a filling tub of 4+ inches of water. The pumps on the shower body wash and shampoo often didn't work, so we had to unscrew the tops to use them, which caused a mess. Also, the ceiling fan over the bed was faulty - we first could not get it to turn to a higher setting, and then we had trouble getting it to slow down. The fan switch was a turn knob that definitely needs to be replaced. The morning of check out (which is 11am), we were woken to an 8:20am knock at the door by housekeeping, then again at 10am, and again around 10:40am. If you would like us to check out sooner, then please change the stated time. We didn't appreciate the continued interruptions before 11am. I would stay there again, just for the location, but would honestly test the shower and fans before unpacking!
