Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Crested Butte near the golf course, this is the perfect place to gather with family and friends.

After first entering the home you instantly see the perfect place to put your wet gloves and boots from the adventures of the day. This drying station will help ensure that you are ready to go again soon. This floor has the bunk room along with another full bedroom and full bath to be shared. The second-floor greats you with a full kitchen, living room, outside grill, and master bedroom/bath plus a laundry room and half bath. Everything you should need for a grand getaway. The third floor of this majestic home has a loft, a bedroom with two full-sized beds, and another room with a king bed that share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the top-end appliances you would expect in a luxury home. This makes it easy to prepare the meals whether you are cooking inside or want to enjoy the atmosphere outside at the Weber Grill while looking out over the water to the awe-inspiring views of the mountains, or supervising the hot tub below. There is no place to park trailers or vehicles on the street. Please do not try. There is enough room for 1 car in the garage, plus 2 cars in the driveway. Overflow paid parking can be found at the Gunnison Airport.

Cozy Dwelling for Groups

The house was wonderful and had comfortable amenities. The kitchen, dining room, and living are wonderful gathering areas that allow for groups to mingle easily. We had a fantastic stay! The host was very communicative, helping us figure out a couple of questions when we checked in. The home itself is beautiful, great accommodations and plenty of space for our group of 2 families and a handful of kids and teens. The hot tub works well and all the furnishings were lovely. Would love to stay again!

Our stay in Crested Butte was a good time. Tons of snow for the skiers! The home was nice- main level was great with plenty of space with a nice big kitchen. Nice TV set up for watching March Madness. The secondary bedrooms left me underwhelmed. A full size bed in the lower level bedroom was disappointing- not comfortable for a couple staying downstairs with their children in the neighboring bunk room. The tiny upstairs shower and lower level bedroom were not clean. Overall we had a nice time but definitely things that could make the stay nicer. Location was great.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

What an absolutely fantastic home! It was perfect for our group of 2 families and 2 single friends. The teens/kids enjoyed having the entire down stairs to themselves for movies/gaming and sleeping. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking and we made lots of great meals. The beds were very comfortable - especially after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was fantastic and we enjoyed it almost every day. We got a good amount of snow and they did a great job clearing the driveway and even shoveled the deck and all around the hot tub! Crested Butte is a magical place and this home was close to town and the mountain but in a quiet, private neighborhood. One of the best homes we've stayed in! The manager Jenny was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Crested Beautiful

Great place to stay with family and grandchildren. Lots of space to spread out. Excellent large hot tub. Very clean and comfortable. Heating was a little difficult to figure out, could have used a little more information on that. Lots of games puzzles and fun. Close to town and ski area out of the noise and craziness of downtown ski town!

Bring your own Toilet Paper....

The weekend and the property were great. Our group enjoyed our time at the house. The only thing that was odd during our stay was the toilet paper issue. We were left with less than two rolls for a house that sleeps 12 for 4 days, with a note in the binder that said to supply your own if you ran out. While I do understand running out of things during a weekend, not having ANY toilet paper in 2 of the 4 bathrooms, with no backups left anywhere in the house, was off-putting. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't at least give you a proper setup when arriving. And, while I can understand not over-stocking the property, because people do take things, I would at least not penalize your new guests for the fault of others. However, other than that, the house and our stay was great. It was a nice quiet mountain getaway.
