The Space:

This updated, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo sits just a 5-minute walk from the base area, with two south-facing decks offering easy access to year-round activities right outside the door.



The condo spans two floors, starting on the 2nd level. This floor holds the living, dining, and kitchen area along with a south-facing deck framing views of Mt. Crested Butte, plus 2 bedrooms: one with a king bed and semi-private jack-and-jill ensuite, and one with a twin-over-queen bunk (and an additional twin platform bed when needed). The jack-and-jill bathroom offers private sinks and toilets for each bedroom with a shared shower/tub.



The upper floor features two spacious king bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a full-size washer and dryer.



Guests also have access to a community hot tub in front of the building (open seasonally, from ski season opening day through closing day, and mid-June through Labor Day) and a sauna on the first floor of Building 2 near the garage entrance. A communal grill by the hot tub is available in summer and fall only.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



You have 2 parking spaces for this property and one is a garage space. No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  Parking is limited and we do not have access to more then the 2 parking spaces.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Parking Plan

Each unit at Ponderosa Condominiums is issued two (2) official Ponderosa Condominiums parking permits.  All vehicles on the premises must display an official Ponderosa parking permit.  The fee for replacement of a lost parking permit is $25.



No more than two vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Ponderosa Condominiums for each condominium unit.

Parking is permitted in designated areas only.  This unit has one garage space, one vehicle must be parked there (unless it is too large).  The garage height is 93 inches.

No motor homes, buses, or trailers are allowed at any location on the property.  No vehicle shall remain parked upon the property unless it is in good working condition and used for actual transportation.  Exterior parking is only for temporary parking of vehicles being used on a continuous basis and not for long-term parking or storage.  Vehicles in violation of these rules may be removed at owner's expense.

On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Easy walk to the base area. Across the street from the condo is the main skier parking lot.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the base area and hop on the free shuttle service that we have and go down to the town of Crested Butte. AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter months.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Crested Butte condo is smoke free.
