Silver Ridge 7 / The Perfect Ski-in Ski-out Location! Hot Tub! Heated Garage!

Location, Location, Location!! If you are looking for ski-in/ski-out then you can't get any closer than Silver Ridge 7.  This luxury property sits right on the slopes.  You literally snap into your skis off the back deck.  Watching the fireworks at July 4th or New Years?  The seats don't get any closer! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is the definition of luxury and even comes with it's own elevator for those tired souls at the end of a hard day on the mountain.  

Drive into the heated garage on the main level and take the elevator or the stairs up to any of the living or sleeping levels.  One flight up you will find the guest bedroom level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  One has a queen bed and the other has custom twin log bunks with a trundle.  There is a great TV room on this level with leather sectional so that the kids have their own space to hang out.  Up one level is the main living area and great room.  The kitchen, living, and dining are an open concept so everyone is a part of the action.  Cozy up to the gas fireplace or watch the big game on the tv.  When it's time for dinner the gourmet kitchen is sure to please with high end stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a huge island for laying out the food.  The dining room table looks out over the slopes with picture windows taking in the peak of Mt. Crested Butte.  There is a half bath off the kitchen and don't forget the hot tub on the front deck.  Step outside onto the rear deck for incredible skiing in the winter and hiking right out your door in the summer.  

The top floor is dedicated to the master suite and definitely doesn't disappoint.  There is a large sitting area with flat panel TV and sumptuous king bed with luxury linens.  The master bath has an oversized tub, steam shower, and dual vanities.  The entire space has vaulted ceilings with great log beams.  Skiing out the back door in the winter, hiking in the summer, steps from great festivals and concerts year around and the best seat on the mountain for fireworks!  Add it all up and it's hard to beat Silver Ridge 7!

Great location

Great communication with property managers, were very prompt to attend to a few maintenance issues. Great location backing up to the mountain. Elevator was key for luggage/grocery haul as 4 floors could’ve been a challenge.

Crested Butte gem

We enjoyed this place thoroughly. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It is a true ski-in ski-out property. The elevator was definitely a nice feature. The communication with the management was one of the best we’ve ever had. We will stay at this property again.

This property was amazing in every way. The location cannot be beat—ski school is out your back door. The home was beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We have stayed in a few iron horse properties and they always do a nice job. We hope to be back!

Awesome ski spot

this was a cozy, nice place to ski in/ski out. We could hit the slopes easily and there was room to hang out in our own spaces after a long day. Steam shower in the master was awesome.

Truly Ski-In/Ski-Out

Great property. Incredibly convenient, and honestly just a few (as in 3 or 4) steps from the slopes. A few members from our group walked about 150 yards to the main base to rent their skis, and simply skied down to the unit. We had a minor issue and the property manager called within 10 minutes and resolved it. Elevator was a hit. Kitchen was perfect. Hot tub was appreciated. If there was anything that could use improvement, the HOA needs to do a better job clearly the snow and ice from the driveway side of the unit. We would book this unit again without hesitation.

Beautifully Relaxing

We had a great time! Great location, perfect for all of our party (young and old). The setup is great for people who want to go to bed at different time, great hang space and kitchen. Great views and great hot tub. Really responsive team - had an issue and came to fix it within a few hours. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Beautiful property, Great location

My husband and I decided it was time to break out of our house and quarantine in beautiful Crested Butte. We brought our 8 month old son and 3.5 year old daughter. Iron Horse property managers were easy to deal with and very timely in their responses. The condo itself was comfortable, stocked with just about everything you could need from sleds, to extra pillow and blankets, towels, etc. - all the necessary things that other rental properties often skimp on. The beds, chairs, couches were comfortable. The elevator was such a convenience, especially with little kids. The location on the mountain was perfect, especially for us. Ski school/private lessons for kids is literally right outside the back door. Can’t recommend this condo enough! We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely place and very convenient. Beautiful views and very comfortable.Fireplace remote did not work while we were there a d several of the dishes and mugs were cracked and chipped. It was very clean and spacious.
