Cozy Bear Cabin is a warm, welcoming mountain escape nestled in the trees above Lake Gregory, blending classic mountain character with the comforts of home. Wake up to crisp alpine air and enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around patio, where you can grill on the BBQ, relax in the fresh mountain breeze, and take in peaceful lake views through the trees. In the evening, retreat to the private patio off the main bedroom, a perfect place for reading, stargazing, or simply unwinding in total serenity. The cabin is located in Crestline, one of Southern California’s most charming and walkable mountain towns. Just minutes away is Lake Gregory Regional Park, offering swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and a scenic walking trail around the lake. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before you check out, please make sure all dishes are washed or loaded into the dishwasher and the dishwasher has been started. All dishes must be clean before departure.
Please gather all trash and place it into one sealed bag to help keep the cabin fresh for our next guests. Thank you for helping us take great care of the cabin!
If the BBQ grill is used, it must be fully cleaned after use. Grease, food, or residue left behind will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee charged to the reservation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs — No Exceptions. If grill or fireplace is used, it must be cleaned or a $50 additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Maximum two cars only. Both must park in the assigned lot. No street parking at any time. Violations will incur a $1,000 fine.
No parties or large gatherings. No more than four people on the property at any time, including visitors. Violations result in immediate removal.

Host was OUTSTANDING! Joshua went above and beyond to accommodate me. Home is clean, well maintained, and kitchen is well stocked. A snack basket is provided as well as your choice of coffees and teas. The Breathtaking Views Will Blow Your Mind! The Lake Is Much Closer Than The Pictures Show.Getting into the property was EASY! No Steps or stairs. We will Definitely be coming again in May. I Highly Recommend Cozy Bear Cabin!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!
