OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE
Spring at the vineyard is a magical time when vibrant green vines awaken, and the grapes begin to grow, culminating in harvest during the fall. Year-round, the property offers a glimpse of California wildlife, including deer, hawks, and songbirds.
In winter, be mindful that rain can make the dirt road slightly challenging, though it is typically well-maintained. Summers are warm (June–September), while winters (November–February) can bring colder, windier weather.
Local wildlife, such as mountain lions, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, and rattlesnakes, may occasionally appear. For safety, please keep doors closed when not in use and supervise small pets.
The local area experiences power outages from time to time, which generally can last anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours. These are relatively infrequent. Flashlights can be found in one of the drawers in the laundry room.
As we’re nestled near vineyards and open land, we’ve taken extra steps to manage seasonal bugs, which sometimes try to sneak in. We do routine treatments and check frequently, but please let us know if anything feels off - we’re happy to help!
