Overall love the work ethic and customer service

First room smelled like smoke but the receptionist male helped us get in a room that was better. Ac problem in second room. He came up and fixed it. Left two hats and they were eager to find it. They even shipped it just had to pay.

We left almost immediately and and went to the Country Inn and Suites. The room had a horrible musty smell and both beds had a sag in them. The bathroom light did not work and there was a dead fly laying on the AC unit.

Not worth the extra money vs cheap hotel.

Could’ve saved money by getting the same quality at a cheaper hotel. Sign out front says “Newly Renovated”… not sure what exactly got renovated because the first room I was given was disgusting! The room wreaked like medicinal smoke, the drain in the bathtub had 2+ inches of nasty silicone around it, the bathroom door was broken (looked like someone kicked the door in), garbage behind the nightstand table and worst of all, the carpet was so disgusting that it turned my feet black on the bottom. I went to the front desk and the guy gave me another room, no questions asked, which was in better condition than the first but wasn’t great. In the second room, the bathroom door was similar to the first except it wouldn’t shut without slamming it, the vent fan in the ceiling was falling down and the door to the room didn’t seal when shut… which made it so you could hear the traffic/construction out on the street. I will be returning to that city in a few weeks, but I will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

This is one of the most flirty hotel that I have ever visited. If it is up to me, I will discourage anyone from staying here. The sheets had holes, they were smelly.

I almost propped a chair in front of the door, did not feel safe. If we had not been so tired, almost midnight, we would not have stayed. Room was dirty, cigarette burns in the bathroom, groups of people hanging out, (at midnight), dusty smell in room. Would never recommend this hotel!
