My daughter and I both woke up with bites on our arms. I told the front desk and it was a matter of facts type reactions. Behind the beds were dirty and the room smelled like mold.

We checked in for an overnight stay on our way to Orlando. The toilet in our bathroom was broken….not clogged the flushing handle was broken and appeared to be in that condition for some time. My husband went to the front desk to tell them about it and he said we met at with an attitude of they don’t have the part to fix it so pretty much too bad. The parking lot was empty so no reason to not offer us a room with a functional toilet. Have stopped here frequently in the past bc it’s an easy stop usually great service and clean. Won’t be back.

Nice but some issues.

My room was satisfactory with exception of microwave not working. I reported to morning desk clerk, but she didn't seem interested at all and barely took note of it. I'm sure the microwave will not be seen to. Very noisy area, but I carry a sound machine or I couldn't sleep at all.

Very good stay. Only negative is the breakfast offered is less than good. The hot food, eggs, sausage, etc. Pitiful. Cold cereal and a bagel is about the best available here.

Won’t stay here again

Front desk staff were amazing. One of our windows was stuck open an inch. The issue was reported to the front desk. They tried closing it and couldn’t. Maintenance was not notified to come repair the window, we were not offered any compensation nor a room change. The temps dropped to near freezing and we could hear wind blowing through the open window. Upon check out, the front desk said “I guess we should put it on the closed room list” ummm… ya think? Their solution was to put a towel in the window gap. There were also chunks of old food on the floor and when we asked for extra wash cloths, we were given 1.

We travel to Crestview a couple of times per year and this is by far the best option in its price range. We have tried the rest in this area and this one is heads above. Clean, comfortable and convenient.
