The room that we were given was supposed to handicap accessible but it was so small we could barely get the luggage rack in. There was an old bandaid on the floor in our room on arrival. The toilet clogged constantly. There was a large cockroach that crawled out of our closet and into the main hallway.

Property was in excellent condition. Super clean, room was spacious and also very clean. Only negatives were bed was kinda hard and pillows were a bit firm. Nothing to warrant complaining about just personal preference. Plenty of towels, plenty of hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion dispensers typically only found in more expensive hotels. A dispenser for hand soap vs a bar of soap would make sense. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely consider this hotel again.

The room had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom trash can had a razor and empty shampoo bottle from previous guest. Both beds were rumpled and one decorative red drape had a stain on it. We explained condition and asked for another room; told no rooms available. Housekeeping remade bed and emptied can. He was courteous and prompt.

Did like that it was off the main road. Made getting in and out very simple. Convenience and restaurants within walking distance. DG right across parking lot. Good value for the money. Rooms were pretty clean. But with all hotels sometimes where you don’t see is neglected. Same here. A good dusting of the corners and steps would be great. But overall satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.
