No hot water, no heating in accommodation. Was like 3 weeks before I made booking ( evidence from tenant who had been there for months). Why advertise a property with no hot water or heating in peak winter??!! The description of facilities shared was small print on hotel.com site , so you can imagine my frustration on arrival Accommodations caretaker not responding or returning calls for support. Avoid the accommodation and all others owned by this firm … total fraud. I expect compensation

Comfortable room but needs good maintenance

Comfortable room to stay in but not cleaned properly at all. Shower head was also broken so difficult to shower. Will try again as still a convenient location to be in.
