Lovely welcoming and fabulously comfortable

I had booked at very short notice and had never stayed there before so didn't know what to expect. What a lovely surprise, the host was very welcoming, the room was nicely appointed and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. What I particularly liked was the close attention to detail, the good quality of the linens, the lovely real jam and marmalade at breakfast etc - not those sad little packets. Strongly recommended! My only very minor gripe is that the entry on the ebookers site does not say whether the room is ensuite - it is, which was nice to discover.
