5 minute walk into the village and Loch Earn.

Plenty space for 3 cars and free parking on site.

Large garden, area with own standing stones, garden are isn't enclosed so please be mindful of this with your young children.

Location is very safe and surrounding properties are also holiday homes or private homes owned by lovely families.

The village has a small café and village shop, plus 2 hotels that do food, also the golf course is a 5 minute walk away and does wonderful home cooked food and baking.

St Fillans is a 10 minute drive away from Ben Vorlich for the Munro baggers and the beautiful Loch Earn is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing or fishing. Permits available at the village shop.

St Fillans has a play park perfect for the smaller children and access to a cycle path that can take you from St Fillans to Comrie or the other direction Killln or Callander.

The nearest village is Comrie around 3 miles away which has an array of fabulous shops, beautiful walks and a great community.

We welcome up to 2 dogs max per stay.

The property does have a few other properties around it and is very open on one side. It isn't signposted from the lane that it's on, which was very confusing when trying to find it.The house itself is very nice, clean and tidy, and finished to a good standard. The location for the lake
