The charming Villa Belvedere is located in the small village of Jadranovo in Kvarner. This modern villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers an enchanting view of the sea, which is only 900 metres away.
The 192m2 villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 bright and beautiful, white bedrooms with double beds. Guests have access to 4 bathrooms with elegant and modern shower cabins. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a harmoniously decorated living room with an imposing fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have a direct view and access to the terrace and a 40m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the pool there is a grill and an outdoor dining table for families or friends. Our guests can use a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and parking spaces inside and outside the garden.
Situated in the Crikvenica Riviera, Jadranovo is a very popular tourist location. Once a little Mediterranean fishing village, today a tourist destination. St. James's Church, natural resources, beautiful pebble beaches, beaches with healing mud and quality gastronomic offers will impress every lover of this traditional type of holiday.
Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
