The beautiful Villa Grace is located just a few steps away from the nearest pebble beach in Jadranovo, a small village in the Kvarner region. This villa is an ideal summer vacation accommodation as it offers plenty of outdoor space and you can enjoy every minute of your vacation by soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere and the magnificent sea view. The private pool is a particularly good place to relax. The extension of the pool area is the roof terrace with sun loungers - the perfect place in the sunset hours. The villa is divided into two floors. The main entrance leads from the pool area, and actually belongs to the upper floor. On this floor there is a beautiful common room with lots of natural light and, of course, a great view. The room is divided into the fully equipped kitchen and the living and dining area. Two bedrooms are located on the same level. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor and have access to the lawn, where there are two lounge chairs with sea views. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, offering guests maximum comfort. A covered dining area with seating for 8 people is located on the terrace next to the living room and a charcoal barbecue is available for those who wish to prepare meals outdoors. Such a villa will be hard to leave once you arrive! Food delivery from supermarkets and farmers available on request. Important: not a party destination.the convenient location of this property offers an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a quiet vacation without stress and noise. The whole Vinodol valley is a paradise for fishermen, cyclists, walkers, hikers, climbers and paragliders. There are many cycle paths, walking and hiking trails that run along the fascinating areas of Vinodol. This allows our guests to enjoy the experience of untouched nature and cultural heritage. The coastal towns of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski with beautiful beaches and restaurants or the island of Krk are only 10 minutes away by car. The largest Croatian port city of Rijeka is 30 km away and Rijeka Airport is 5 km away. Car is recommended.
