The villa consists of a unique outdoor area, a wellness area and the indoor area, which consists of the ground floor, a mezzanine floor and the 1st floor. Without a doubt, the heart of this exclusive holiday villa is the 40 m² swimming pool in the outdoor area. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace with dining table. Next to the terrace with dining table is an open lounge area with sun loungers, a jacuzzi which is covered with a canopy and right next to it the entrance to the wellness area (sauna with outdoor shower and toilet). From the swimming pool as well as from the whirlpool you can admire a breathtaking sea view. Two more terraces are located behind the house and to the side. On the upper floor there is a balcony which is accessible from the bedrooms. Inside the villa, the rooms are divided as follows: The ground floor consists of a modern and luxuriously furnished 60 m² living room with open kitchen. From the living room/kitchen you have an exit to the terrace and the pool area. Some stairs lead to the mezzanine floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), with its own bathroom and terrace, and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms have access to the villa's balcony, from which you can see the Kvarner Bay. The very nice landlords of this villa offer, depending on the wishes of their guests, the possibility to do some shopping after receiving the shopping list. This way, everything you want in terms of groceries for your holiday can be waiting for you when you arrive.
