Charming village house near Bédoin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux
This charming terraced house, facing south, old and stone, classified 2 stars, is located in a small village perched at the foot of Mont Ventoux, away from the traffic axes. Pleasant and quiet environment.
The house was restored in 2001, and refreshed in 2011 and 2013, respecting the Provençal tradition with the use of ecological and local materials: terracotta floors, lime-coated walls, natural insulation and ventilation.
Interior: 75 m2, including:
- On the ground floor: a living room of 23 m2 with kitchenette.
- On the 1st floor: a room of 15 m2, a bathroom and toilet.
- On the 2nd floor: a room of 22 m2, a bathroom with toilet.
- In annex: a room of 20 m2 (washing machine, storage bicycles, storage trailer,...).
Exteriors:
- A terrace of 10 m2, with table and garden chairs, overlooking a small common square lined with houses.
- A small enclosed garden of 30 m2, with garden furniture, umbrella and barbecue, on the side of the house. No direct access from the front door of the house.
Parking in the street near the house.
Sheets, towels and towels provided.
End of stay cleaning included but the places and everything in them must be left in correct condition.
Heating not included for the months of May to September included, if use, payment at the end of the stay.
Electric vehicle charging not included. Recharging can only be done after agreement with the owner and will be subject to the payment of a supplement.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival.
