This charming, characterful cottage with lovely conservatory, courtyard garden and parking space is in the centre of this small, coastal village, close to the road leading to the beach.Ground floor: Conservatory with door leading to: Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Dining Room with dining table. Downstairs WC with wash basin, inner hallway leading to: Lounge: with corner sofa, chair, woodburner and smart TV. Inner lobby with front door leading out to the courtyard garden.
First floor: Winding traditional stairs leading up to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom with feature fireplace and hanging rail. Twin bedroom: with hanging rail and feature fireplace. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.Please note: Amenities: Keys collected from a key box at the property. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Bed linen and towels provided. 1 small well-behaved dog at £20.00 per week - please refer to Ts &Cs. Parking for 1 car.
