Sea View: An amazing house to get together, or to retreat. Fully renovated from top to bottom, open reception rooms, games room, playroom, space to work, sea-facing balconies, heated outdoor dining, hot tub & private parking. This beautiful Victorian Villa is located centrally, and just 50m to the beach steps and views across to the sea to the Lighthouse, the North Norfolk Coastal Pathway, and panoramic views of the Cromer. Full renovation completed 2022. Sea View is a beautiful coastal retreat perfect for families or groups. It is set over multiple floors and has plenty of space for everyone. Ground Floor: double reception room with Air Hockey games table, doors leading out to a balcony. Very large dining and kitchen, WC, laundry and door out to decking and hot tub. First Floor: king size bedroom, study / work from home space with single sofa bed, family bathroom. Second floor: large double reception room, sea facing balcony, playroom / snug Floor 3/4 : family bathroom, separate WC, 2 x kingsized bedrooms (one with decked balcony facing the sea, 1 with sea views across to the lighthouse and cliffs. 1 x twin bedroom with access to a sea facing balcony. Top floor: amazing master super king with en-suite. Views across the east and west sea and over to the lighthouse and cliffs. Exterior: Decked, with raised terrace, heated dining area, garden furniture and sunken secluded hot tub. Private parking for 2 cars.
