Beach House. Stunning location with sea views

Beach House offers the perfect space to enjoy Cromer and North Norfolk, in a stunning location with views over the beach (50m away) from all the rooms at the front of the property. A fantastic year-round retreat - summer holidays or a cosy winter stay, with restaurants, pubs, shops and the local cinema all in the immediate area, as is the iconic Cromer Pier with year round family shows. Beach House is set over 3 floors, with an AGA, 3 bathrooms, original floorboards and wonderful views. Beach house is set over 3 floors. There are 3 x Kingsize bedrooms (one is en-suite) and 1 x super king. There’s a beautiful family bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus another shower room. The house has been fully renovated and has a beautiful coastal feel. Off-street parking available and n the upper Gangway. I am available for any questions between 8am-8pm daily. The Gangway, where Beach House is located, is on the east side of Cromer Pier. There are pubs, restaurants and shops all within a 1-2 minute walk, plus a park. The beach is 50m away. You will be able to hear the sea waves lapping, and watch the fisherman bring in their daily haul. Walking around Cromer is very easy. Parking is a bit of a lottery! There is off-street parking on The Gangway but it's not always available and so we tend to park up on Cliff Drive, and walk 2 minutes to the house through North Lodge Park. Beach house is a really cosy coastal cottage.
