West Cottage is a Grade II listed property, centrally located and less than 250m from the beach. Built in 1750, having been a hospital and a school house in its day, it has been fully modernised, sleeps 10, and is a fantastic base for your group to fully explore the North Norfolk coast. Private parking for 2 cars, beautiful interiors, enclosed gardens, outdoor dining, views across to the church. Sit by the wood burner or relax in the garden knowing the beach is just steps away. The space is perfect for a sociable group, or those wanting a bit of peace and quiet. There is a space to work, space to play. The entire property I am available between 8am-8pm daily and will help to ensure your stay is as you want it to be. West Cottage is as central as can be and everything in Cromer is walking distance. Please note the twin bedroom is accessed via a staircase from the principle bedroom This is a historic listed property and the stairs can be steeper than normal.
