On a summer getaway, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio. The kids will absolutely love playing on the flat, lush lawn, and you can feel at ease knowing that the backyard is fully fenced.

Alpha'N'est offers four generous bedrooms for up to seven guests to recharge the batteries overnight. The master features a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, while the other rooms are fitted with queen and single bed options, and share a four-piece family bathroom.

Lake Dunstan and the Cromwell Golf Club are both only a few hundred metres away you can be out on the water or the green in no time. You're also only a few hundred metres from the Otago Rail Trail for some of the most picturesque biking in New Zealand.
Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.The bikes in the garage are not available for guest use.Please note that the owners car is permanently parked in the garage. Alpha nest great nest

Excellent holiday rental for 5 adults everything immaculate, as new and very cosy and modern. Close to old Cromwell town and easy access to other tourist spots. We would definitely stay again.
