Welcome to Mabel's Place! This charming vintage modern home is located just three blocks from downtown Crosby. The house offers three well appointed bedrooms—two featuring queen beds and one with two twin beds, which works great for a family or a group. The full kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook a full meal, to make smoothies and a comfortable coffee bar to enjoy that hot cup of Joe in the morning. The full bathroom has a tub/shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hair dryer, plenty of soft towels and ample shelf space for your bathroom items. It also includes a washer and dryer for rinsing the red dirt off your adventure gear at the end of the day. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with heating and AC to suit any season. There are lots of sitting areas to curl up and read a book, browse a magazine or watch a movie. There is also a well lit work desk for those that need to spend some time on business during their stay. Our large yard offers a great space to wind down at the end of the day next to the fire pit. There is a gas grill for those that like to BBQ and an assortment of yard games like bags, ladders, spike ball and more. The detached two car garage offers secure storage for your recreation equipment, a bike repair area as well as a place to hang out and play classic 80's arcade games and a dart board.
