We are across the street from Crosby Memorial Park and Recreational area. A gas station/convenience store is located adjacent to our property, though it is obscured from view by a large privacy fence.

This 3-bedroom home includes:

1.5 baths, a full kitchen, and large family room complete with smart TV, games, bumper pool table and electric fireplace.
