THE SPACE

Weddings & Events: Please note that Inverstanley is an exclusive venue. All weddings, elopements, and large events are managed directly by our event partner, Under the Arbour. The Property: Situated on a 4000-acre working cattle farm, Inverstanley offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. Every element of the home has been designed to harmonize with the natural beauty of its location while offering the luxurious touches you deserve.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Main House: 4 elegant king en-suite bedrooms with plush bedding, luxurious towels, and premium toiletries. The master features a super-king bed with a freestanding bath and rain shower.

The Villa: A separate, air-conditioned villa adjacent to the main house (and tennis court) with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and woodfired combustion heater.

Living & Entertainment:

Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped for culinary explorations.

Billiard Room: Full-size billiard table for competitive or recreational play.

Media Room: Provides an immersive and intimate movie experience.

Sitting Room: Opulent styling with a cozy open fireplace.

Outdoors: Solar-heated saltwater swimming pool, terrace, fire pit for winter evenings, and a full-size tennis court.

Guest Access: Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and slashed tracks in the vicinity of the residence during daylight hours. Please respect the working farm—stay within slashed tracks and be mindful of livestock.

Esk & Toogoolawah: 20 mins drive (Pubs, IGA, Cafes).

Somerset Dam: 6 mins drive (Fishing & Water sports).

Brisbane Valley Rail Trail: 6 mins away for cycling or walking.

Important Notes:

On-Site Managers: Jason and Caroline live in a separate residence on the property (you pass it on entry). They are close enough to help but far enough to ensure your absolute privacy.

Connectivity: Mobile phone coverage is patchy; please use the provided Wi-Fi.

Safety: No swimming in dams/creeks (only the pool). No fires during fire bans (strict QLD Fire Service rules apply).

This farm stay offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
