You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Tranquility on 10 acres with Hotham River on your doorstep.
A comfy 3 bed, 2 bath home set on 10 acres of land adjoining the Hotham River. The open style home has all the mod cons, with A/C , dishwasher, large oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The lounge area has a log fire for cosy winter nights. There is a fire pit and plently of wood. (Winter only).A perfect night  sky with no ambient light so you can explore the heavens.10 Minutes from the scenic town of Boddington and 20 minutes from the Wandering Wineries. 
Please be aware this is a rural property. The house paddock is fully fenced and there are 2 fully fenced paddocks adjoining the house paddock.
There is a dam on the property which is fenced away from the house. If you wander near it, extreme caution is needed.
Due to the properties location it is subject to the whims of nature. Summer can be hot, dusty, with flies and occasionally insects trying to find a cooler haven. After rains the area away from the house can be a bit muddy. All care is taken to keep the property in pristine condition.
There are very friendly sheep so all care needs t0 be taken when using the gates.
