Der Gastgeber ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hat Potenzial, aber leider sind einige Dinge nicht zufriedenstellend (obwohl einiges leicht und kostengünstig zu beheben wäre): es wird seit Januar 2025 am Haus gebaut (Baulärm ab 7 Uhr morgens), aufgrund der Bauarbeiten gibt es kein Fernsehen und Internet (wurde uns leider nicht im Voraus kommuniziert), Mobiliar ist teilweise kaputt und nicht benutzbar (Bad und Küche), Küchenausstattung ist eher nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt, ein Schlafzimmer ist mit Essbereich und Küche zusammen (keine Tür zur Abtrennung), Toilettensitz nicht vorhanden, Beleuchtung in den meisten Zimmern provisorisch mit einer Glühbirne am herunterhängenden Kabel (oder loses Kabel aus der Wand ohne Beleuchtung), eigentliches Schlafzimmer hat den Charme einer Abstellkammer (Stabelregale mit verschiedenem Kram), Bett abgenutzt/zerkratzt, Schimmelbefall im Bad, eine Nachttischlampe ohne Glühbirne, Mülltrennung scheint nicht zu existieren (ist in Crotone leider überall ersichtlich - extremes Müllproblem, selbst am Strand) und Garderobe (Eingang und Bad) ist nicht vorhanden. Dennoch könnte die Unterkunft mit ein wenig Renovierungsarbeiten ein gemütliches Ambiente bieten. So ist es einfach schade und der durchaus positive Ersteindruck wird Recht schnell relativiert. Die Arbeiten, die außen laufen sollten auch im Inneren vonstatten gehen. Man hält es eine bis zwei Nächte aus, aber das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung ist (vor allem außerhalb der Saison) nicht gut.
