Given the short notice of my trip, this apartment was within budget and had the basic amenities required for my very basic stay. Unfortunately there were water shortages on the island during our time there which seemed to impact our hot water access. The wifi also had some issues but the location was very accessible and easy to find, with self-sufficient parking. Good option for a solo traveller with minimum requirements or a brief trip. Our host was also very responsive and acknowledged our concerns when shared.

There is a water shortage on the island which is understandable but we couldn’t get our toilet to flush and at the front desk we kept getting the disclaimer that room#3 where we stayed was a *separate entity* from the Spence Property Rental whenever we had a concern or complaint. The wifi and password provided with the booking never worked it kept disconnecting so the front desk gave us the office wifi to use which there was a small improvement but kept dropping the connection as well. The FOB to the gate for after hours also didn’t work so we were provided with a gate code. When I contacted VRBO via chat to change accommodations or get a credit/refund I was provided a North American toll free number to call which I was not able to call because the wifi was not working properly. I will be contacting VRBO for a refund/credit for this booking because it was just one ordeal after the next. My brother had to figure out how to fix the toilet so that we could use it by removing the lid and us manually flushing the toilet.
