Ideally located for exploring the Crozon peninsula, for rent recent modern house (2008) of 110 m2 classified 3 stars furnished with tourism, on 730 m2 land, south exposure, sea view, near Goulien beach (2.5 km ) and the market town of Crozon (1.5 km) and Morgat (3 km).

End of stay cleaning and household linen included!

Goulien beach (5 min by car) is the family beach par excellence because it is very easy to access with its parking lot.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, many kitchen utensils and cutlery in abundance. A freezer (105 liters) is located in the garage.

Parking for 2/3 cars

The garden is landscaped and very pleasant. It includes a 20m2 wooden terrace, a wooden table, 6 bistro chairs, a large parasol and armchairs for relaxation, as well as two deckchairs and an outdoor coffee table. A Webber barbecue is also provided!
Children will enjoy a large portico with 2 swings and slide.

This is our main residence that we have rented for 10 summers. The feedback is very good, the tenants appreciating the location of the house, its layout, its equipment and the conformity between the advertisement and the reality!

Très belle maison à Crozon

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la maison. Parfaitement située pour découvrir la Presqu’île de Crozon. Près des plages et des commerces. Très bien équipée, il n’y manque rien pour une famille de 4 avec jeunes enfants. Les propriétaires très sympathiques et attentifs. Nous reviendrons!

Wonderful holiday home in an ideal location/Wunderbares Ferienhaus in idealer Lage

We had an amazing time at Catherine and Romain's beautiful house. The house itself is modern, big, and has lovely decorations. It's also fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is really nice too. The location is great because it's close to the beach (just a 5-minute drive to Goulien beach) and also near shops in the center of Crozon, but it's in a quiet area. Out of all the 7 vacation homes we've stayed at in Brittany, this one is definitely the best. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem schönen Haus von Catherine und Romain. Das Haus selbst ist modern, geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat auch einen sehr schönen Garten. Die Lage ist ideal - nah sowohl an den Stränden (nur 5 Minuten zum Strand von Goulien) als auch an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum von Crozon und in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Von den 7 Ferienhäusern, in denen wir bisher in der Bretagne waren, ist dieses wahrscheinlich das beste.

Entspannte Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht. Es ist auch an Regentagen sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell an verschiedenen Stränden, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie zwei traumhafte Wochen in Crozon verlebt. Es passte alles - sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (der auch etwas Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch spricht), ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes, sauberes Haus und vor allem ein großer, gepflegter, mediterran anmutender Garten, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Zur Freude unserer Kinder ist der Strand sehr nah, so dass wir ohne lange Anfahrt schnell ans Meer konnten. Schnell ist man auch beim Bäcker und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Markt in Crozon ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe sind bestens vorbereitet, wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Impeccable !

Maison super bien située, parfaitement équipée dans un paysage au top. A 2-3 km des plages et à 5 km de la pointe de Dinan, lieu magnifique. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter.

Très agréable séjour à Crozon

La maison est à la fois très joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est superbe. Nous y avons été très bien avec des amis puis en famille avec des enfants. De plus, la localisation très proche des plages du Goulien ou de la Palue et Lostmarch est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de plages de surf, mais aussi de baignade. Point de départ idéal aussi pour visiter la presqu'ile qui offre pleins de jolies découvertes. Les propriétaires ont été très attentifs à ce que l'on soit bien installés. Bref, merci!

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem schönen, kinderfreundlichen und gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist von einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten umgeben. Die Schaukel wurde fleißig genutzt. Crozon mit seinem schönen Markt und Morgat mit Strand und vielen Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen, ebenso der breite Plage de Goulien.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf der Halbinsel von Crozon. Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, insbesondere auch für Familien. Durch die Lage werden alle Strände der Halbinsel schnell erreicht. Insbesondere für Wassersportler ein Paradies. Vermieter sehr nett und kompetent. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung .
