This rental, exposed SOUTH is arranged with taste, close to the village of Crozon (5 MIN on foot), the beaches and the GR34 trail.

Family house of 120m2 spacious and bright. Large terrace on raised and closed ground.

* ground floor: large living room overlooking the terrace and garden, with TV and internet access - fitted kitchen also overlooking the terrace. - bedroom (140x190) - bathroom - separate toilet.

* Upstairs: a mezzanine - a bathroom - 3 bedrooms (160x200 / 140x190 / 90x190) - Separate toilet.

* Baby / child equipment: high chair, cot with its mattress, toilet pot and toilet reducer.

It is located 600 m from the town of Crozon where you can find its small daily market and the big fair in the summer on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and shops.

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Ein herrlicher Wintergarten war der Platz wo wir uns am meisten aufhielten. Dazu nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum und 800 m zur Küste. Einfach herrlich

Sous- sol total avec buanderie et véranda qui permet de profiter pleinement de l'environnement du jardin. Wir waren im Juli 2025 mit zwei Familien (7 Personen und ein Hund) im Ferienhaus zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und entsprechend der Beschreibung eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es liegt unweit vom Stadtzentrum, so dass man Einkäufe auch ohne weiteres fußläufig erledigen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr positiv. Bei Bedarf war er immer erreichbar und wäre auch sehr schnell im Haus gewesen, da er quasi gleich um die Ecke wohnt.Der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und sehr schnell erledigt. Auf Grund der langen An- und Abreise mussten wir an einem Sonntagmorgen sehr zeitig starten, was den Vermieter aber auch nicht störte. Wir verbrachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Crozon und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

Procédure d'arrivée et de départ à revoir !

1/La procédure d'arrivée nous occasionnant une attente de plus de 50 minutes pour disposer des clés alors que nous venions de faire plus de 1100 kms tout comme la procédure de départ nous obligeant à déposer les clés dehors... Dans ces conditions, une boîte à clefs s'avère judicieux ! 2/La médiocrité de l'isolation phonique de la maison impactant clairement notre tranquillité durant le séjour... 3/La gazinière avec une plaque électrique hors d' âge mérite d'être remplacée sur le champ ! 4/ Le grille-pain 1er prix est tellement grippé qu'il s'avère inutilisable ! 5/ De plus, la circulation rue du menhir est continuelle en semaine ce qui occasionne des nuisances quotidiennement. Dommage !

Super séjour à Crozon

L’annonce est conforme et la location est super pour une famille. Nous étions en couple uniquement mais il y a de belles chambres .C’était très calme et idéal pour faire de bonnes grâce matinée. Quelques casseroles neuves seraient la bienvenue. La presqu’île est magique. Le seul point perfectible était la propreté et la qualité du ménage. Il s’agissait d’un ménage très superficiel.

Excellent séjour à Crozon dans la maison de Michel Verdier!

Grande maison familiale fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec un grand jardin clôturé ; idéalement placée dans le centre de Crozon et proche de tous les services , mer visible de l’étage de la maison et à 5 min en voiture ! Pour y aller à pied prévoir 20 min (ça descend beaucoup) et surtout du coup au retour, remontée sportive! On reviendra avec grand plaisir!

Sehr schönes Haus und zuvorkommender Gastgeber

Wir haben die zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden sehr genossen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt (das war uns mit den Hunden wichtig). Zimmer sehr einladend, alles notwendige vorhanden, außer einer "normalen" Kaffeemaschine. Der Gastgeber ist schnell und zuverlässig. Der Staubsauger hatte den Geist aufgegeben, aber am nächsten Tag war schon Ersatz da.

Schöner Urlaub in Crozon

Das Haus ist geräumig und durch zwei getrennte Badezimmer und Toiletten sehr gut für zwei befreundete Paare nutzbar. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein paar wenige Mängel, die wir zu beanstanden hatten - die Toiletten waren nicht sauber und an einer Dusche war die Halterung kaputt. Der Vermieter hat sich aber schnell darum gekümmert. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig - man ist innerhalb von zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten an unterschiedlichen wunderschönen Stränden. Wir waren mit unseren Freunden sehr gerne dort und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön, komplett umzäunt und auch perfekt für Hunde und Kinder. Das Babybett war leider kaputt, aber es wurde (nach etwas Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten) ein neues Bett gekauft und zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc.), der Weg zum Meer geht jedoch steil bergab, was man nachher auch wieder rauf muss. Das sollte man bedenken. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crozon. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, lumineuse et chaleureuse et d'une propreté parfaite. On s'y sent comme à la maison. L'espace extérieur est très agréable avec un jardin très bien entretenu. Elle est très bien située à cinq minutes à pied du centre de Crozon où tous les commerces sont disponibles. La presqu'île de Crozon est magnifique et nous espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement.
