Stunning views of sunsets. Family beach of Goulien located at 1km accessible by way of the top of the house. Departure of the coastal hiking trail (GR34) of the beach of Goulien. On the ground floor large bedroom on the ground floor with terrace access to the south, bathroom with bath, living room overlooking the terrace and kitchen US. Upstairs, master suite with walk-in shower, second bedroom with two separate beds (90 * 200) and third child bedroom with pull-out bed (possibility of two children) and TV / games area. High quality service, house referenced 3 stars by the tourist office.

A great house in a perfect location

This is a terrific place to stay. The pictures on the website do not quite show how close this house is to the beach, or how stunning the views are, by day and in the evenings. The hamlet it's in is postcard-picture-perfect, the Goulien beach is just perfect, and the accessibility of Crozon and Morgat mean that variety of food, beaches, and activities is never more than 10 minutes away. The house itself has a great layout downstairs, with a really nice open plan living space that works perfectly for families like ours. The master bedroom is lovely and the other rooms work very well for younger children (upstairs) and older children (downstairs, with their own bathroom). The kitchen is well equipped and great to cook in, and having a large garage available was so useful for all of our windsurf/surf/sup boards and equipment. Overall, a great place to stay, and one we will certainly return to in the future. Thank you!

Schönes, sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus mit fantastischem Blick. Schöne Natur, Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Es gab leichte GeruchsbeeintrĂ€chtigungen durch GerĂŒche aus der Garage ( Lösungsmittel, Benzin?) und aus der Sickergrube. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr knapp was EinfĂŒhrung und Abschied anbelangt, was zu MißverstĂ€ndnissen und ZerwĂŒrfnissen fĂŒhrte. Wir hĂ€tten uns eine ausreichende EinfĂŒhrung gewĂŒnscht mit Hinweis auf alle Auflagen, so wie wir es bei vorausgegangenen Mieten gewohnt waren.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus sehr genossen.Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist atemberaubend und die Lage des Hauses perfekt als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge auf der Halbinsel. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt !

La maison est grande et trĂšs confortable. La literie est d’excellente qualitĂ©. Elle est Ă©galement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La vue sur la baie de Goulien avec les tas de pois et la pointe de Penhir vous fait voyager au-delĂ  de la presqu’üle de Crozon, on se croirait dans la baie de Halong oĂč Ă  Rio

La situation de la maison sur la presqu'Ăźle avec l'accĂšs au sentier cĂŽtier sans besoin de prendre la voiture. Une vue de rĂȘve et des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La maison mĂ©riterait un meilleur entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral, et notamment de la fosse septique (remontĂ©es d'odeurs nausĂ©abondes que nous avons signalĂ©es au retour des clĂ©s), et mitigeur de la baignoire cassĂ© (problĂšme apparemment connu par la personne qui gĂšre le lieu).

Unglaublicher Ausblick

Das in einem kleinen Weiler gelegene Ferienhaus hat einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf den Pointe de Penhir und den Plage Goulien, den man sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer, als natĂŒrlich auch von der Terrasse genießen kann. Die Einrichtung weist einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, was den Gesamteindruck des Hauses allerdings nicht schmĂ€lert. Eine super Raumaufteilung und eine exzellent eingerichtete KĂŒche haben den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Das Haus kann ich zu 100% empfehlen und daher werden wir wenn möglich gerne wiederkommen.
