This beautiful old house (penty) is located in Keravel, a picturesque hamlet in the heart of the Cap de la Chèvre protected site. It is ideal for a family or friends looking for peace and quiet with plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area. Its recent renovation, south-facing stone terrace with barbecue and 700 m² garden planted with trees add to the charm and peace of the village.

Facilities include :

- 2 bedrooms with double beds (160/2000), one on the ground floor

- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190)

- A shower room with shower and WC on the ground floor

- A bathroom with bath and WC on the first floor.

- A fitted kitchen

- A lounge/dining room (seating for 6)

Household appliances (washing machine, microwave, ironing facilities), free and fast wifi (fibre), TV, fireplace with wood burner...

During the summer, the house is primarily rented out for stays of at least 2 weeks.

In addition to the rental fee, the following charges will be billed:

Water: 2.0 Euros/m3

Electricity: 0.20 €/kW

Cleaning on departure: 80 Euros (compulsory)

Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed

Towels on request: €5/person

A deposit of €300 is required for the rental.

Fabulous

Lovely Gite with everything you want for a fantastic relaxing holiday. Spent quite a lot of the evenings relaxing in the lovely quiet garden. Gorgeous walks and beautiful unspoilt beaches all around the area.

10/10 Punkte. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, alles gepflegt und innen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Sehr schöne Umgebung in kleinem Weiler, Natur und die Strände sind sensationell. 12/10 Punkte, wenn man noch Blick auf das Meer hätte.

Mooie authentieke en sfeervolle accomodatie midden in de natuur. Heerlijk rustige locatie. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan strand of de stadjes Morgat en Crozon, fietstoxhten en wandelingen direct vanuit huis.

Très jolie maison en pierre dans un petit hameau paisible d'où partent plusieurs chemins de randonnée. Le cadre est idyllique, l'accueil et la prise en charge très agréable. La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Tout est à portée de main. On s'y sent comme à la maison.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit schönem großen Garten und einfach sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen

Alles war bestens vorbereitet: sehr sauber und sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Hausverwalter; Möbel sind sehr bequem; Betten sehr gut; Einrichtung geschmackvoll; Küche Induktionsherd; separater Backofen; Küchenausstattung sehr gut; Räume alle abdunkelbar; Es gab genügend Stauraum. Kurz: wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, uns prima erholt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein perfektes bretonisches Haus!

Sehr sympatisches, typisch bretonisches Natursteinhaus mit sehr viel Charme! Sehr geschmackvolle, gemütliche Einrichtung mit Kamin. Von Seiten der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts!!! Vom Kinderstühlchen bis zur Hummergabel war alles vorhanden, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser sehr reichhaltig. Bequemes Bett, viel Platz im Schrank. Sehr gepflegter Garten mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Lage sehr ruhig und ideal für Spaziergänge. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 4-8 km Entfernung (Morgat / Crozon). Es fällt angenehm auf, daß die Eigentümer das Haus auch selbst bewohnen.

Sehr gemütliches Haus und schönes Grundstück

Wir waren zwei Wochen da und waren vollauf begeistert. Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Wandern,baden ,Kanufahren und vieles mehr. Das Haus war perfekt für uns es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und eine sehr netter Empfang und Verabschiedung.

Uitstekend !!

Een aangename, luchtige woning, gezellig en heel netjes. Tof gelegen met heel leuke tuin, zonder inkijk. Voldoende keukengerei. Prachtige streek, een echte aanrader. Wij, 3 dames van middelbare leeftijd, hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad. Minpuntjes : voor een slechte slaper in de kamer op het gelijkvloers de fel krakende bedden boven en minder goede matrassen, badkamer ok voor 3 maar voor 6 personen wel wat klein en slechts 2 ligstoelen voor buiten.
