For lovers of peace and quiet and the countryside, just a stone's throw from the charming port of Le Fret with its restaurants and galleries. This is also where the boat from Brest docks on the peninsula. 3 km from the center of Crozon with its shops and annual market, its church, theater, and cinema... By car, you can reach Goulien beach in 10 minutes and La Palue beach in 18 minutes.  
The house is detached, with the terrace facing east/south and the rear facing west/south. 
For lovers of the “Le Bout du Monde” (The End of the World) festival, it is an 8-minute walk away!
The peninsula also offers numerous beaches and spots for water sports, the seaside resort of Morgat, the port of Camaret and, above all, the GR 34 long-distance hiking trail, which allows you to explore the peninsula with its viewpoints over the sea and its still magnificent, wild and unspoiled nature over a length of 150 km! 
The old manor house with its outbuildings in Kerioul preserves one of the rare fortified structures with a remarkable use of materials.
Utilities are included, except for electric vehicles, which are billed according to actual consumption. 
Currently, there is no television or internet, except on your 5G cell phones or 5G sticks that you bring with you. However, two of the bedrooms each have a TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs for young and old.
Cleaning is mandatory and can be paid for on site.
Bed linen and towels are available on request.
A cot and high chair are available in the house.
