On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with a lounge area, a dining area for 8 people, and a wood-burning stove, opening onto a terrace with views of the countryside. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped. A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) is also located on the ground floor.

The house is semi-detached with the owners' house, which occupies another part of the building.
