The room ans property was very clean. However, my check in experience lacked. The person checking me in stated we would not have cleaning service for the three days we would be there. When I questioned that and asked again if I could not have cleaning service. He said I could bring down towels and he would replace. On the bathroom mirror was a small sticker stating the cleaning process, but said if cleaning service was needed to contact the front desk and request.

We had to leave a day early because of the bad storm that was going to start up the east coast. We were declined the 1 day refund. We will not stay at.your location again. Had the trip insurance!!! And still was declined. Dont waste money on that because its not honored.
