Upon our arrival, there was a strong odor throughout the property. We were greeted and assisted initially, which was appreciated, but afterward, we didn’t see any staff again—even when we were looking for help. For example, we went to the pool and couldn’t find any towels or anyone to assist us. Breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, the room itself smelled unpleasant and was not clean, which really impacted our overall experience
