Our impeccable, waterfront retreat on King's Bay offers beautiful, waterfront access that cannot be beat. The premier view is outstanding and fishing success abundant right from the dock. The property is modern and comfortable with new furnishings. No detail has been overlooked in making this property user friendly for watersports and outdoor enthusiasts. Manatee viewing is spectacular from our own dock. Accessible for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. The spacious lanai and retractable awning provide ample shade. The custom fire pit is perfect for evenings to relax and enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom offers one new, queen size. The second bedroom offers a trundle bed set. Bunkbeds are accessed from the adjoining bedrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all bagged garbage in the black trashcan in the garage
Please remove linens from the beds and place with used bathroom linens on the floor.
Please load and start the dishwasher. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No motorized boats are permitted on property or at the dock. Non-motorized watercraft, such as kayaks and paddleboards are allowed.
No guests are allowed on property beyond 4 adults and 2 children. Travelers must confirm guest count within 48 hours of booking.
Only 2 dogs allowed. Must be approved within 48 hours of booking. Exterior cameras are in use onsite.
