I am.very concerned about the property. I have been using this hotel.for quiet sometime. But it seems.like it . It ia declining instead of improving. So many people that is using this facility , i don't feel safe around.

First impression was not good. Stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes before we we're noticed by someone mopping the lounge floor. He called someone from the back that came out. No greetings other than what is your name. That evening we went to take a shower and had no hot water. My husband went down to the desk and was told to run the water for 3 or 4 minutes than we should have hot water. The bed was hard and worn. Breakfast was terrible. We we're there for a funeral and was too worn down to check out and find another hotel so toughed it out for two nights. I don't believe we would go back.

The lobby worker personally checked the room my elderly mother was to stay in to ensure it had the shower that she needed. She was very kind

Some of the amenities were lacking. All of the ice machines were out of order, the pool needed attention as there was what looked like chicken bones laying on the steps entering the pool and multiple bugs floating. The room had a bad odor consisting of pet urine.

It was a nice Hotel with friendly and dedicated staff but poor maintenance on only one ice machine not working a few rooms with no water and leaking refrigerators causing cheap particle board cabinets to swell to deterioration in appearance.
