Hi, Welcome to the Lugano Lake, on the italian side - 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮!

We are located near Porto Ceresio, few km from the swiss border and it has luxury flats along with terraces overlooking Lake Lugano. The apartment is surrounded by the nature, so a silence and enjoyable atmosphere for your holidays. The Residence is fully equipped with any amenities: there is also a lift, outdoor parking and on the top level a wide sunbathing area along with an amazing swimming pool.

Un superbe appartement propre, fonctionnel, complet, luxueux et très agréable, avec une belle piscine au même étage. Dans un cadre magnifique, montagnes, lac. Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées. De beaux villages aux ruelles pittoresques et aux églises superbes. L'accueil et le contact avec le propriétaire est excellent, chaleureux et il est vraiment prêt à rendre service. Extraordinaire !!!
