Spacious and luminous semi-detached house for 6 people, situated in family-friendly urbanization with swimming pool, located at 3 minutes walking distance from the fabulous wild beach with very well preserved dunes of Cubelles, a village in the middle of the beautiful Spanish coast of Garraf.

Perfect for families with children as it is next to a children's playground with basketball courts and a skate park.

Restaurants, ice cream shops and crêperies are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Supermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour...) and a village bus which runs in the summer months and can drop you off at the train station which is a 20 minute walk away. From there you can go directly to Barcelona without having to change trains in 45 minutes with departures every half hour and to Sitges every 9 minutes. There are also trains to Tarragona every half hour with the possibility to go to Port Aventura in less than 45 minutes.

You can easily go to the area of Villafranca del Penedés known for its vineyards and cavas.

The house has 3 bedrooms.

The main bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a double bed 160x200, private bathroom and a nice terrace where you can sunbathe or rest.

On the first floor there are two other rooms with single beds of 0.80 m that can be made into double beds of 160x200 m and a bathroom shared by the two rooms with shower.

The living room is a large and pleasant space to watch TV and opens onto one of the entrances of the house where there is a big patio with a space to share with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is located next to a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast outside or enjoy an afternoon in the fresh air.

There is another lower floor where you will find a toilet and the entire laundry area is equipped with an iron, ironing board and washing machine.

For your safety, we have installed smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS OF PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD.
