Emerald Seas is a luxury ocean front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation getaway in the fabulous Florida Keys with A private 35 ft dock for your boat and amazing waterfront views. Located inside a 24-hour guard gated resort with swimming pool, hot tubs, marina, private boat ramps, tennis, basketball, pickleball, marina store and more. Please note that there is a $125.00 resort/registration fee per booking that is paid directly at the front security entrance gate upon arrival, this fee covers unlimited use of all of the above amenities for you and your guests.
Emerald Seas is approximately 40 minutes from Old Town Key West and Duval Street. Enjoy swimming in crystal clear water right from the property. All the toys are included at no charge for our guests enjoyment (use at your own risk), as our guest, you will have use of 2 Kayaks, paddle board, fishing rods, swim ladder into the sea, as well as 2 beach cruiser bicycles that you can use to bike to the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, etc. The amazing coral reefs of the Florida Keys are just a short boat ride away from your dock. For boaters, we have a 35 ft boat dock on site, with fish cleaning station, bait freezer, dock lines, etc. Everything you need to bring home a fresh Florida Keys catch! After a long day of boating or fun in the sun, kick back and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes while sipping your favorite cocktail with family and friends around the cozy and inviting outdoor sofa and firepit.
