This oceanside property has 2 beds 2 baths and sleeps 6 with all updated appliances and furniture. There are kayaks and carts for the kayaks Bikes, BBQ Grill, ice machine on the property for your use . The home is on stilts with covered porch and sitting area with Table for relaxing and taking in the view. On Venture Out property, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, ocean access with a ramp at the marina with fuel, and tackle for your fishing needs. There is also a convience store for food and drink.
THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY AND THE GATE WILL CHARGE $125.00 DOLLARS FOR THE GROUP NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS! THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. IT is charged and collected solely by VENTURE OUT RESORT. That is a separate fee from the home and will be collected at the gate when you arrive. A parking permit will be given to you at the gate while you are renting the house only one car is permitted under the home. A nightly storage fee is collected by venture out for Boat/ trailer extra Vehicles storage on-site, Overflow parking lot.

Paradise awaits

The property and all of the amenities were absolutely amazing! Hosts Rick and Laura were very kind and made sure we enjoyed our stay. This was my first trip to the keys and I will definitely book again with them!

Exactly what we wanted for a Florida Keys vacation

We truly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this rental. The pool on site was super clean and warm. Our granddaughter loved it! We especially enjoyed riding their bikes around the neighborhood. We met many nice neighbors who gave us great tips on beaches, restaurants and other things to do in the area. Highly recommend this as the perfect Keys getaway!

Do not hesitant to book this house

This is a great house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything. Plus there are bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs available. We even got a key lime pie! Enjoyed it so much we will be back next year.

Fantastic base to explore the Keys

Our family of 4 had a great time at this property, The house was clean and well equipped. The pool was closed during our stay, but we enjoyed the tennis courts, rec center, and bikes.The location was peaceful and centrally located to explore Key West and the Middle Keys. We would stay here again!

Keys to a great holiday

The Property was as advertised. Great location, had everything we needed, served as both a fantastic base camp between outings and home base. We were able to experience everything we wanted for Thanksgiving as well as hit all the Florida Key highlights (Key West, Bahia Honda , and Piegon Key to list a few), the Venture Out location amenities and activities were a fantastic fit for us as well. Would 100% come back and we are even looking for future dates already.

Wonderful Time in Cudjoe

We had a wonderful time for a quick Labor Day weekend trip. The neighborhood is family friendly and we enjoyed riding the bikes to the pool with our kids. It was convenient to have the boat ramp in the community as well. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean Property

Pro: Very clean property (same as pictures). Super fast response. Provide a welcome key lime pie. Cons: No elevator. Notes: 1. Beach supplies, paper towel, cooler, etc are located in the downstair room. We did not know until the last minute of our stay 2. Kayaks are heavy. My husband and me can not lift it up. 3. This is not a hotel. You are required to clean all dirty dishes, wash and put beach towels back to the basket, remove all trash from the unit and place in the trash can downstair, etc before you leave.

Well Equipped Comfy Home Away from Home

We stayed with my two daughters and my elderly parents while my daughter attended Sea Camp on Big Pine. House is well equipped and well situated. Super clean. Bed were comfortable and the hosts had really thought of everything. Hosts were very responsive. Community is quiet and not too far to groceries etc.
