Juan and the whole staff made us feel comfortable, safe, and just like family. The location was perfect and made walking the historic district very easy. The hotel was beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Nosotros fuimos cuando existía “Toque de queda”, nadie podía estar en las calles a partir de las 23:00 por lo que no había bulla en la noche, pero, 6:30am comienzan a reventarte los oídos a campanazos porque hay una iglesia super cerca. Cuarto cómodo aunque para lo que pagamos, extremadamente básico. La mañana siguiente ibamos a desayunar pero de repente nos dijeron que no incluía desayuno cuando en la reserva via Expedia estaba incluido, sin hablar que reservamos la habitación “king” o la más cara. Ya cuando le mostré a la recepcionista la reserva de Expedia tuvo que hablar con el jefe y me dijeron que me daban un desayuno americano, el más básico del planeta. Claramente nos fuimos con mi esposa a los 100 lugares que hay en Cuenca para desayunar y comer. Pésima experiencia! Otro asunto, el parqueo. Cuesta $8 el día y esta a 2 cuadras de distancia que si no sales y te quedas todo el tiempo en el centro histórico, perfecto. Pero si te mueves mucho, es sumamente incomodo. El staff excelente, los problemas fueron del hotel no de los empleados. No regresaría.

Lastimosamente el Servicio muy malo. El Administrador no aceptaba la reserva de Hoteles.con Nos dejaron sin limpieza de habitaciones una de las noches.
