I got a confirmed reservation but when I showed up yesterday at 3pm after a long trip by land, the receptionist told me there was no room for me. I asked why, she said because they were calling me on the phone and did not answer (?). I got very upset because the lady was not empathetic and would not even apologize and they would not take responsibility to accommodate in another hotel. I had no data in my phone and It was extremely difficult to find another place to stay in a city bursting with people due to the local festivities. I will not recommend this hotel because of their lack of professionalism and empathy in cases like mine. They ruined my vacation!

The hotel has a lot of charm and a good location. It was clean and the shower water was hot (something not to take for granted in Ecuador). We had a billing issue that was resolved quickly with the help of our tour guide. We appreciated the hotel owner’s prompt response. The only issue of note was that the WiFi was not very good, it worked in the common areas but not very well in our rooms. Overall, a good experience.

It was a very cute & quaint hotel right in the city center. No AC in the room though. Luckily it doesn’t get too warm there so it wasn’t that much of an issue. My shower never got hot water so had to shower in my friends room.

Great place!

This place is small but cozy. Feels like your staying at home. Family friendly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

A touch of home

Loved how few rooms were located on the property. Very clean, very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Coffee shops for breakfast and coffee within walking distances. Cute little second hand books stores and the old district easy walking distance

Right in the centre of town, very elegant and new.

The rooms smell very lovely and they are very clean, the bed is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The room is a nice size and the hotel looks wonderful and new.

Acogedor hotel

La experiencia en general en el hotel es muy buena! Usamos una habitación triple, que quizas nos quedó un poco pequeña pero para descansar después de hacer turismo en la ciudad estuvo perfecta! El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del staff de primera El parqueo tiene un costo adicional al de la habitación pero económico. Lo único de lo que me puedo quejar es que una pared de la habitación (la que estaba pegada al baño) y el techo del baño tenían claras marcas de humedad. Es lo único que podría pedir que mejoren, lo demás estaba muy bien
