Increíblemente no teníamos toallas en la habitación y cuando las solicite me llevaron dos, pero una sucia, volví a solicitar otra. El secador de pelo descompuesto, solamente una sábana en las camas, increíble creerlo, es la primera vez que me sucede.

Usualmente yo no pongo críticas en los hoteles, pero esta vez si lo merecen, la habitación sucia, las sábanas no las habían lavado y lo confirme cuando me di cuenta que había ropa en el closet del huésped anterior, aparte llegamos 2 hrs antes y nos cobraron 15pñ0 pesos por hora cuando yo había llamado y me dijeron que si las tenían no las daban sin problema, y al salir pedí una hora de extensión y me la negaron. El SR. . FERNANDO de repeccion poco empatica, Cabe mencionar que pagamos habitaciones y con todas fue igual. El desayuno bastante malo, solo huevos con jamon y dos salsas para chilaquiles y frijoles refritos. NO Pan No fruta, y a eso le llaman desayuno bufet. Que triste porque la ocación anterior había estado muy contenta. No vayan hay mejores en Cuernavaca de verdad.

La atención fue buena pero la limpieza de la habitación estuvo muy mal, desde q llegamos el baño estaba sucio sobró todo la regadera y nos fuimos y seguía peor no movieron nada para barrer y seguía todo el polvo y un día estaban barriendo afuera a las 7 am y pues se supone q uno va a descansar y dormir hasta tarde

No lo recomiendo para hospedarse porque les importan los eventos privados y no los huéspedes para descansar, no hay opción de comida, no hay bebidas, no les interesa ofrecer buen servicio, según el restaurante es hasta las 8pm y no me quisieron atender a las 7.30 PM para una merienda de papas fritas , tuve que salir a buscar algo para merendar. NO LO RECOMIENDO NO VOLVERÉ , Recomiendo a expidió que no lo promocione

Las instalaciones están muy lindas. El personal es muy atento. Aunque la habitación permitía entrar el ruido externo. Fuera de eso, disfrutamos la estancia, la alberca es linda y cómoda. Se siente como una mini villa.
