Old barn completely renovated in the middle of the vines located in the organic vineyard of the PEIRECEDES estate.
Ideally located between two picturesque villages, Cuers and Pierrefeu. Close to the D14 beach road (25 minutes by car). Very close to the towns of Hyères, Toulon, Le Lavandou, Sanary, and Bandol. Ideal for memorable cycling, hiking, and horseback riding excursions.
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by the winemaker at Domaine des PEIRECEDES. The owners will give you the keys and a welcome basket consisting of a bottle of Côtes de Provence wine, a bottle of grape juice, and a jar of grape jam. All produced with the estate's grapes, plus a voucher for a cellar tour and tasting, available upon appointment.
New service with end-of-stay cleaning included. Bed linen and towels are optional, for a fee if needed.
Outside: private parking with electric vehicle sockets, 2 terraces, sun loungers and outdoor tables. A set of 2 gîtes with a connecting interior door. Ground floor entrance via the Grange du Vigneron: a large air-conditioned living room including a fully equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, a relaxation area that can be used as a sleeping area with its sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed (80x200 cm) or a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and TV. Ground floor entrance via the Grange du Vendangeur: air-conditioned apartment, fully equipped kitchen area, table for 2 to 3, TV lounge area with sofa bed (BZ type). On the 1st floor: bathroom with a large shower, sleeping area with a double bed (160x200 cm). The gîtes communicate via the living room (door to be locked or not)
For eco-responsible reasons, the winemaker gives you privileged access to the washing machine located on the estate, about 900 meters away. You can also take the opportunity to relax and taste his produce.
