Welcome to Cherry, our 1BDR apartment, located in a recent residence with a swimming pool, just minutes from the pier for the famous Pinel Island and at the foot of the hill leading to Anse Marcel.

The apartment is located on the first and top floor, but is accessible on one level.The spacious main room, with high ceilings, features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, which sleeps two with a sofa bed facing the smart TV. A guest toilet is also located in the entrance hall.

The living room's bay window opens onto a large terrace, which will be the dining area, with unobstructed views of the ocean and the lush hill.

Next, a beautiful bedroom accommodates two other guests who can sleep together or separately, as the beds can be separated or joined as needed. A closet and wardrobe will provide ample storage space for your belongings, and a safe will secure your most valuables. The bedroom also offers access to the terrace.

Adjoining the bedroom, the bathroom is equipped with a large shower and another toilet.

The accommodation is fully air conditioned, has Wi Fi, and a parking space in front of the property.Linens are provided free of charge (bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets).

Island life has its share of inconveniences: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these outages can vary depending on the situation. The accommodation is equipped with a water reserve with chlorine that can serve you in case of a water cut. The island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma; there may be new construction and renovations. It is also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, even though we regularly treat our accommodations. The climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. Sargassum seaweed can periodically inundate Cul de Sac Bay. Despite regular removal efforts, there may be unpleasant odors in the area. We will not grant any discounts or refunds due to these issues beyond our control and the property's condition. A baby cot or extra bed is available upon request and subject to availability.

No smoking in the apartment, permitted on the terrace. Respect the neighbors and the environment. Follow the instructions in the welcome booklet. Follow the departure instructions. Barbecues are prohibited.
